About

A lawyer, mentor in global women’s leadership, ICI-certified coach, career adviser and mentor in trading and financial intelligence. She completed doctoral seminars and postgraduate studies in career guidance at the Academy of Social and Medical Sciences in Lublin. For nearly two decades she has created initiatives supporting women’s economic development and their participation in international business. As President of PWCC she builds partnerships with public administration, diplomacy, chambers of commerce and academia, and she initiated the Global Women Chamber of Commerce. Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Business Women IMPACT magazine, creator of Polish Women Chamber TV and CEO of GLOBAL WOMEN INVESTMENT, MEDIA & INSURANCE GROUP. She has delivered over 150 business, educational, publishing and social initiatives, reaching more than 100,000 women. Co-author of national reports on ESG and civil defence, and author of the books “Przestań czekać – zacznij żyć” and “Przewodnik do spełnionego życia: 50 metod i ćwiczeń”. Recipient of the 2022 Equality Leaders award from Forbes Women and the British Embassy, and a member of the National Bureau of Women’s Councils in Poland. An event built for action

The Congress is neither a gala nor a traditional conference, but a platform for real cooperation designed for concrete results. Moderated round tables, speed networking, project workshops and business matchmaking lead to an international map of needs, resources and opportunities, the creation of working groups and the launch of joint economic projects. It is organised by the Polish Women Chamber of Commerce — the only chamber of commerce for women in business in Poland, with structures in every region of the country.

We process data to handle your registration and organise your participation in the Congress, including business matchmaking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to document and report on the event and to establish or defend legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the Controller’s legitimate interest); to meet legal obligations such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); and, where you have consented, to publish your image, send the newsletter and marketing communications (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Art. 81 of the Polish Copyright Act and Art. 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law).

Recipients

Data may be shared with entities supporting the Controller in organising the Congress (e.g. ticketing, streaming, IT, email services, photographers) under data processing agreements. With your consent, contact details may be shared with participants or partners as part of Business Matchmaking. The participant database is never sold.

Retention

We keep data for the time needed to organise and settle the Congress and then for the limitation period for claims or as required by law; data processed on the basis of consent is kept until consent is withdrawn.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
